The Eli Home, Inc. was founded in 1986, based upon two fundamental premises. First, that the health and emotional stability of today's children form the foundation upon which any hope for a peaceful and progressive future must rest. Secondly, that one of the most devastating causes of injury and death among children is the widespread occurrence of child abuse and domestic violence.
